As advised in the news item on 27 October, we would like to again reassure candidates that there was no GDPR breach of data, as candidates who used the link to access their results letters could only see their own results. It was not possible to access any other candidate’s data using this method. Although there was no GDPR data breach, we have referred this matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office through our internal Data Protection Team, in accordance with our governance procedures. Our IT team have resolved the issue, and it is no longer possible for candidates to use this link to access their data.
We would also like to emphasise that the integrity of the exam results data was not compromised. It was not possible to manipulate or amend the data in any way. The results that will be released on Friday are correct, therefore we will not accept any appeals based on this issue, as the matter has been addressed.
Release of the Part 1 2025/03 results on Friday 31 October 2025
Results from the MRCP(UK) Part 1 2025/03 examination will be released as originally scheduled on Friday 31 October at 11am.
