To help us respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible please fill in the GMC or RCP number (if applicable). We aim to respond to all emails within 5 working days but during exceptionally busy periods it may take longer. If your query is urgent, please call the office directly. If you are requesting assessment feedback, it is mandatory to include the examination diet, the examination venue, your RCP code number and your examination number (from the day) in the message box.

Please note that in order to comply with UK law we cannot accept credit/debit card details sent in via this form, either in the body text or as attachments. If you do send card details in this manner it is entirely at your own risk. Card details received in emails or as attachments will be immediately deleted and payments will not be actioned. Card payment can only be made online via the application system or by telephone.
