Upcoming changes to exam delivery

From June 2026, all UK and International SCEs will be delivered in centre.

Those sitting before this date should note that sessions will continue to run via Remote Online Proctoring (ROP) to maintain consistency for candidates preparing under the current format and to support a smooth transition to in centre delivery.  

All SCE exam applications open at 8:00am UK local time on the opening date and close at 8:00am UK time on the closing date. Applications made outside the opening and closing dates will not be accepted.

Candidates who request a transfer from the UK to an international location will then be liable for the difference between the two fees, £175.00.
