Changes have been made to the MRCP(UK) appeals regulations following review
The MRCP(UK) Appeals Regulations have been updated following review by the Management and Policy Board:
- Amendments to the definition of a procedural error in paragraph 2.2
- Changes to the criteria for awarding specific remedies if an appeal has been upheld (paragraph 4.6)
