Trainee representatives for Intercollegiate Committee for Acute Care Common Stem Training (ICACCST)

We are recruiting two ACCS IM parent specialty Trainee Representatives to join the Intercollegiate Committee for Acute Care Common Stem Training (ICACCST).

This is a unique opportunity to

  • develop leadership skills and experience
  • network with national and regional leaders in ACCS training
  • directly influence training, national educational and wellbeing initiatives

The applicant should be a current ACCS IM trainee, ideally in their ACCS1 or ACCS2 year.

Applications will be reviewed by the IM representatives on ICACCST who will select two suitable candidates. Please note there is no interview process.

The role holder will be expected to commit to at least two meetings per year. One of these meetings is in person hosted by RCEM or RCoA in London. Adjustments will be made to support access to meetings, accommodation and travel expenses. The term of office is two years but can be extended to the end of ACCS core training in discussion with IACCST Chairs.
