Due to the ongoing rise in inflation both in the UK and internationally, which continues to impact our operational, development and delivery costs, examination fees will increase by 2.6% from the 2025/03 diet onwards. This increase is in line with the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of 2.6% as of November 2024* and will apply to all candidates sitting MRCP(UK) Part 1 and Part 2 written examinations and the PACES clinical examination, in the UK and internationally.
Please see the table below for a breakdown of the new fees:
Examination | Current fee (GBP) | Fee from 2025/03 diet (GBP) |
UK written (Part 1 & Part 2) | £489 | £502 |
International written (Part 1 & Part 2) | £655 | £672 |
UK PACES | £698 | £716 |
International PACES** | £1,278 | £1,311 |
