The issue that some candidates were having applying for the Part 1 2026/02 examination and receiving an error message after completing payment has been resolved,
UK PACES Prioritisation criteria for 2026/2 assessment period
It is anticipated that 2026/2 UK capacity for PACES places will most likely meet demand but if oversubscribed, the following criteria will apply.
There will potentially be four broad prioritisation categories (see below) for allocating candidates applying to available PACES places in the UK.
